The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions and just a short walk to the bustling Shibuya Crossing. The views from our room on the higher floors were amazing, offering a fine view of the city skyline.
The rooms were quite small, even by Tokyo standards. It was a bit of a challenge to navigate around the room with two people, and there was limited space to hang out, especially on rainy days.

The hotel's location is ideal for those who want to be in the middle of the action. It's close to major tourist sites and situated in a commercial district that's bustling until late at night. The transportation links are fantastic, and it's quick and easy to get around from here. The level of cleanliness is great, and the facilities provided are excellent.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near Shibuya Crossing and Shibuya subway station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The cozy bed and friendly staff were highlights. It was nice to have amenities left outside the door when the "Do not disturb" sign was on. Close proximity to Shibuya Mark City and a Lawson Store for snacks was a plus. The breakfast was delicious and there were vending machines and a washing machine on Level 2.
Felt like a VIP, nothing to complain about.

This hotel exceeds expectations with its fantastic value for money. The prices are reasonable considering the prime location up the hill from the famous 5-way crazy crossing in Shibuya. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring all basic amenities are in place. The rooms, with their stunning views, are cozy and comfortable, especially with the heater on the lowest setting. Plus, having breakfast included is such a great perk!
All was just fine, nothing to improve.

If you want to explore a lively and bustling city, yet stay in a calm area, this hotel is perfect. You can walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooms are cozy, but that's Tokyo. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Neg: The gym is tiny.
